The Programme consists of the following stages:

Pre Programme activity, a bespoke, on-line, 360° Feedback Instrument to review current leadership style, performance and impact. Takes place four to six weeks before the second stage.

Stage Two is an intensive but practical, three day learning experience. This is ideally held off site to remove workplace distractions and ensure absolute focus. However, depending on your requirements, constraints and budgets, it might be possible to hold the programme on site in a suitable location (we will be happy to advise).
