Professional Practitioner Supervision Group

Who Coaches the Coach?
Who Trains the Trainer?
Who Heals the Healer?

Taking care of our psychological health and wellbeing is an important part of, indeed some would say - a primary responsibility - of being a competent professional.

The benefits of professional supervision as a key component of continuous professional development have long been recognised in many branches of the helping professions and are increasingly being seen as relevant and important in the fields of coaching, mentoring, training and group facilitation.

As a professional practitioner, a developer and helper of others, whether they be individuals, groups or teams, do you give yourself time and space to review and reflect upon your practice? To develop your skills in a supportive, non competitive, yet challenging environment. Space to re-charge your batteries, to give and to get support?

If not, perhaps you might consider joining LEC's Professional Practitioner's Supervision Group. The group meets approximately every eight weeks in a purpose built, new training venue, 3 miles from London Gatwick Airport.

The commitment is to attend six sessions, then if desired to re-commit for a further six sessions. The group is limited to a maximum of 10 professional practitioners at any one time. New group members will only be admitted on the resignation of existing group members.

As well as case support and supervision, participants will receive tutorial input on any and all aspects of coaching (performance, life, executive etc) parallel processing, group dynamics, working in the affective domain and group process facilitation.

The cost is £100.00 per day, plus VAT. This includes a finger buffet lunch, teas and coffees.
