In order to make my training and development programmes more accessible and available to a wider group of people, I have decided to take a leaf out of the low cost airline, hotel and travel industries books and have radically reduced the prices of all my open/public training programmes.
This has been driven by the current economic situation and by what my clients tell me they want from their training & development programmes! Top Quality Training and Development without frills and expensive extras.

Previously all my 5 day open programmes were priced at £2,500.00 plus VAT per delegate.
The cost from September 2011 will be £500.00 plus VAT per delegate, this is a whopping across the board reduction of 80%.
How can I afford to do this?
- By cutting out all the additions and (high cost) extras previously included.
- By streamlining my business processes resulting in significant cost savings.
- By automating my booking, invoicing and paying facilities and therefore requiring delegates to book and pay on-line, saving significant amounts on administration costs.
- By dramatically reducing administration costs and overheads I am able to pass the savings direct to delegates.

The package I am offering is exactly the same high quality training input and content as always, but with no extras. The package price includes all training input and use of associated materials (FIRO Elements B, F, S & E) and training media, it includes a superb, professionally produced handbook, tea and coffee during each day. The delegate training experience will in no way be diminished, but with this new radical pricing structure, return on investment will occur much, much sooner. The new pricing structure will make this life changing programme accessible to even more people.
It does not include lunch or other meals, accommodation (although we can still arrange this for you if required at your cost) and we will be using venues which will be suitable and appropriate but we will eschew expensive three and four star hotels.
