The Programme...
The programme assumes no prior knowledge of FIRO Theory or Heron's facilitation method, but is none the less for experienced coaches. It has been designed to benefit in-house coaches and change agents; those whose job has evolved to include a significant coaching input but who have not necessarily been trained as coaches; freelance coaches, executive coaches and life coaches. As this is a new application of FIRO Theory it will also be of benefit to experienced FIRO Practitioners.
If you are not sure whether this programme is for you, then please check with us for more details. Be prepared for the workshop to be challenging, thought provoking and to change the way you think about the work you do and the ways in which you do it. Your investment for five days of world-class personal and professional development will be just £2,500.00 Costs are exclusive of VAT and accommodation. |
