The Learning Edge 'FIRO® Based Coaching' workshop is a brand new, highly participative and exhilarating practitioner development programme. It is specifically designed for coaches who wish to enhance the effectiveness of the work they do with their clients.
The workshop is based entirely on FIRO Theory created by Dr. Will Schutz, and Helping the Client, the facilitation model created by John Heron. Now, for the first time, you have an opportunity to experience this superb combination of theories to enhance your knowledge, confidence, competence and skill in your coaching practice.
Over the course of five action-packed days, you will learn to work competently with one of the most versatile suites of psychometric instruments currently available.

You will learn how to use them as the foundation for your coaching. As an outcome of this experience, you will become licensed to use The LEC online feedback instrument; FIRO Elements B (Behaviour), F (Feelings) and S (Self Concept). You will also learn how to use the Learning Edge 'Cube' based upon John Heron's 'Helping the Client Approach' which is used as the underpinning structure for the coaching model.
Since the publication of FIRO Theory in 1958, thousands of people from around the world have completed training and development programmes and are using Will Schutz' innovative ideas to enhance their careers, their lives and their relationships. The FIRO approach has been widely accepted across the spectrum of commerce and industry. It is extensively used by leaders, HR and OD professionals. It is used in medicine, counselling, education, management development, psychotherapy, coaching and consulting by individual practitioners and organisations around the world.
FIRO Based Coaching is an extremely versatile approach which can be used in executive coaching; performance coaching; team coaching; life coaching, relationship coaching and motivational coaching to name but a few applications. |
