Developing Critical Leadership Skills

A pragmatic, quick and effective solution is to provide leaders with experienced coaches and mentors who can deliver professional support and focused input during these challenging times, to enable them to acquire critical leadership skills.

Using our FIRO Based Coaching and Mentoring approach we work with individual leaders to enable them to fulfil their potential, maintain peak performance and to enhance their critical leadership skills; these can include, team development, facilitating engagement and commitment in reports, conflict resolution, dealing with challenging behaviour, learning how to confront appropriately, facilitating compatibility in groups and teams, and motivating individuals, groups and teams to increase performance. 

We have a wide range of diagnostic, support and development tools at our disposal, these can be deployed as required and include, the full suite of FIRO Elements Psychometric Instruments, our own on-line 360 degree feedback instrument and over twenty years' experience coaching and mentoring leaders.

All coaching and mentoring assignments are tailored to the needs of each individual client.

Sessions are arranged in blocks of two hours, or longer by negotiation.
There is no charge for the necessary initial consultation, thereafter sessions are booked in advance.
We use a variety of locations in and around London and also provide sessions at our offices in Crawley which are a five minute walk from a main line railway station and 10 minutes by taxi from Gatwick International Airport.
