A Catalytic Three-Day Programme
The Element B Qualifying Programme ‘EBQ’ is a catalytic
programme in facilitating self-awareness and relationship skills.
This two-day workshop, with an optional third day on using Element
B with groups and teams, enables participants to facilitate the
development of others using a unique psychometric instrument. Participants
will be introduced to The Human Element and FIRO Theory - a powerful
model of group dynamics and interpersonal relationships which, accompanied
with Element B, will enable participants to extend their facilitation
skills to develop self-awareness in both themselves and others and
to assist their clients to achieve more effective, productive and
rewarding relationships.
Administration of the instrument is quick and uncomplicated. This
enables the client to become more aware of, and clearly understand,
his or her fundamental behavioural preferences and the impact these
preferences have on the effectiveness of their relations with others.
It enables them to understand the degree to which they include themselves
with others, the degree to which they exercise influence over others
and the degree to which they are open with others. The facilitator/coach
will work with the client to facilitate development in the areas
of personal effectiveness, interpersonal relationships, motivation,
self-confidence and self-esteem.
Participants will understand the impact self-esteem has on performance
and motivation and will develop the knowledge and skills to coach
their clients in this vital area.
The programme also introduces participants to John Heron's facilitation
model which will equip participants with a set of facilitation skills
that will not only enable individuals to facilitate the outcomes
they desire with confidence, it also offers a structured approach
which is both facilitative and empowering to those being coached,
facilitated or managed.

This programme is available to individuals who have a foundation
