A substitute delegate can be named at any time before the start of the event without any charge; with the exception of The Profound Leadership Programme, where a substitute delegate can be accepted up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the event without any charge - the 4 weeks are required to allow for completion of the Feedback Instrument as part of the pre-programme activity. Programme Director
Pat Young has been facilitating groups, teams and individuals for more than 20 years. His experience includes facilitator development and training at The Universities of Surrey and Bath, Sandwell College and Birmingham Counselling Centre. He has worked as a consultant to organisations in the public and private sectors specializing in management development training, group and team dynamics, group and individual coaching. He has a strong background in business and management.
