Terms & Conditions

Your fee covers
Attendance at your chosen event(s), any training materials which may be used, refreshments and lunch.

Payment is due on receipt of our invoice, payment in full must be received prior to the event
Learning Edge Consulting reserve the right to refuse admission to a delegate in the case of non payment prior to the event. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, if you are not fully satisfied with the programme we will refund your tuition fees in full as long as you have a) completed the full programme and b) complied with our terms & conditions expressed here. We will not refund the costs of accommodation, food and beverages and or travel to our training venue.

Substitutions/Cancellations
Upon receipt of your booking form, your place will be confirmed. A substitute delegate can be named at any time before the start of the event without any charge; with the exception of The Profound Leadership Programme, where a substitute delegate can be accepted up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the event without any charge - the 4 weeks are required to allow for completion of the Feedback Instrument as part of the pre-programme activity. Cancellations - due to our advanced booking liabilities for venues etc, refunds will not be permitted, please ensure that your booking is firm

Important Note:
This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Learning Edge Consulting to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers or the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the event being cancelled, Learning Edge Consulting will automatically make a full refund but disclaim further liability

* As part of The Profound Leadership Open Programme package, each participant is entitled to a maximum of two Executive Coaching sessions with a Learning Edge Consulting FIRO Coach. These sessions must take place within eight weeks from the completion of the programme. Failure to comply with the time constraint will result in the loss of the sessions. All coaching sessions will take place at LEC offices, except in exceptional circumstances when arranged by prior negotiation. Expenses will be charged at cost.

Who are Learning Edge Consulting?
We have been facilitating state of the art personal and professional development programmes, group facilitator training and bespoke consultancy services to organisations, groups, teams and individuals since 1987.

Programme Director
Pat Young has been facilitating groups, teams and individuals for more than 20 years. His experience includes facilitator development and training at The Universities of Surrey and Bath, Sandwell College and Birmingham Counselling Centre. He has worked as a consultant to organisations in the public and private sectors specializing in management development training, group and team dynamics, group and individual coaching. He has a strong background in business and management. His forthcoming book 'Spirit of Joy, will be published in 2010.

All programmes are available as in-house programmes for a minimum of 10 participants.

Our public programmes run regularly throughout the year at our training venue in Surrey, 10 minutes from London Gatwick International Airport.
