Our bespoke on-line 'Feedback Instrument' forms an integral part of The Profound Leadership Programme. The Instrument has been designed specifically to highlight the key concepts of
the programme.
Programme participants benefit significantly from this component of the programme in the
following ways:
• Feedback from direct reports, peers and line managers enables participants to identify current
• strengths and areas for growth relating to their leadership ability
• Programme participants are able to compare the accuracy of self perception against the
• perception of colleagues
• Participants use the feedback to help determine their learning objectives for the programme
• and beyond
• The Feedback Instrument forms one of a number of feedback exercises throughout the
• programme. This serves to reinforce feedback validity and to consider the ways in which
• atmosphere and workplace environments influence leadership style and trigger defensive •
• behaviour
• The Feedback Instrument offers an opportunity to chart progress – the exercise can be repeated
• at pre-arranged intervals with the participant’s sponsoring organisation
